Chris has over 20 years of experience working for major international law firms in London as a tax and finance lawyer and in-house as general counsel of two London finance boutiques and a healthcare investment business. He has worked on a large variety of finance and corporate transactions involving property development and investment, big ticket assets (ships, trains and planes), leisure assets, renewable energy assets and operating businesses.
Chris has a double degree in law and commerce from Otago University.
